Logistics trucks fully loaded with AAC panels slowly drove out of UBlok Qijiang Factory, marking the completion and commercial operation of the renovated AAC panel production line at UBlok Qijiang Base. The technical transformation project was implemented by UKEYER Intelligent over seven months. This shipment represented the 5 millionth cubic meter of UBlok’s products delivered this year, 90 days earlier than the time the same sales volume was achieved last year.

UBlok Qijiang Plant was a dated AAC block factory that had been in operation for 12 years and underwent joint restructuring by UBlok early this year. Large-scale technical upgrading has equipped the plant with an annual AAC panel production capacity of 350,000 cubic meters. The production line is fully equipped with new processes, technologies and equipment independently developed by UKEYER Intelligent, which greatly improves its automation and digitalization level. Together with UFriend Qijiang Factory, UBlok Qijiang Plant will supply high-quality AAC panels and blocks to the market covering Chongqing, Sichuan and Guizhou.

"With this launch, UBlok has completed its strategic layout across Mianyang, Deyang, Meishan and Qijiang in the Chengdu-Chongqing region, covering a full product range including AAC panels, sand aerated blocks and fly ash aerated blocks. This enables us to deliver integrated one-stop services for customers in the Chengdu-Chongqing area," said Ma Tiecheng, Vice President of UBlok and Chairman of Southwest Branch, full of confidence about future development.

After the AAC panel line at Qijiang Base went into operation, UBlok New Materials Co., Ltd. now owns 11 panel production lines in total, with an annual ALC panel capacity exceeding 4 million cubic meters.
