As the logistics vehicles loaded with AAC panels slowly drive out of the Qijiang UBlok factory, it marks the completion and commercial operation of the AAC panel production line at UBlok Qijiang base, which was implemented by UKeyer over a period of 7 months. This also signifies that UBlok has shipped its 5 millionth cubic meter of products this year, reaching the same sales volume 90 days earlier than last year.

Qijiang UBlok is an old AAC block factory that UBlok reorganized in conjunction with others at the beginning of this year, which was put into operation 12 years ago. Through large-scale technical transformation, it has formed an annual production capacity of 350,000 cubic meters of AAC panels. The production line has been fully integrated with new processes, new technologies, and new equipment developed by UKeyer, with a comprehensive upgrade in automation and digitalization levels. Qijiang UBlok , together with Qijiang UFriend factory, will provide high-quality AAC panels and block products for the regional markets of Chongqing, Sichuan, and Guizhou. 

"With this, UBlok has completed its strategic layout in the Chengdu-Chongqing region, including Mianyang, Deyang, Meishan, and Qijiang areas, as well as the product line layout of AAC panels, sand aerated blocks, and fly ash aerated blocks. This enables us to provide one-stop services to our customers in the Chengdu-Chongqing region more effectively," said Ma Tiecheng, Vice President of UBlok and Chairman of Southwest Company, expressing his confidence in the future development. It is reported that after the commissioning of the Qijiang base AAC panel line, UBlok New Materials Co., Ltd. now has 11 panel production lines, with an annual capacity of over 4 million cubic meters of ALC panels.
