In January 2024, the Qijiang AAC production base in Chongqing was integrated to form 800,000 square panels and block production capacity.

In May 2024, the AAC production base in Meishan, Sichuan Province was integrated to form 800,000 square meters of panels and block production capacity.

In December 2023, the company's production and sales exceeded the 5 million cubic meters mark for the first time, reaching 5.1 million cubic meters. The production and sales of panels were close to 2 million cubic meters.

In February 2022, the Mianyang Phase II expansion with an annual output of 350,000 square meters of AAC panel production capacity was put into operation at the existing Mianyang site, with an additional investment of more than 40 million yuan.

In March 2022, the Binzhou Phase III expansion with an annual output of 700,000 square meters of AAC block production capacity was put into operation at the existing Binzhou site, with an additional investment of more than 50 million yuan.

In March 2022, the Tianjin Phase II expansion with an annual output of 400,000 square meters of AAC panel production capacity was put into operation at the existing Tianjin site, with an additional investment of more than 100 million.

In August 2022, Shen Xiaohe, President of UBlok, was elected as the President of the 9th Council of the Chinese Aerated Concrete Association (CACA) at the 9th Member Congress of CACA.

In March 2021, the Changxing Phase II expansion with an annual output of 400,000 square meters of AAC panel production capacity was put into operation at the existing Changxing factory site, with an additional investment of more than 100 million yuan.

In March and August 2021, two additional single-line AAC panel production facility with an annual output of 400,000 square meters (Binzhou I and II) were put into operation at the exisiting Binzhou factory site, with an additional investment of more than 130 million.

In December 2021, in order to prepare for the IPO, the equity ownership of Shandong ASiaac Advanced Building Materials Co., Ltd. and Shandong Yongxiang Advanced Building Materials Co., Ltd. was sold. The leasing operation of Bengbu ASiaac Advanced Building Materials Co., Ltd. was terminated.

In April 2020, UKeyer Intelligent Equipment (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. was established to spreadhead the AAC technology equipment business. The vision of UKeyer company is “Pragmatism in Implementation, Dedication in Service”.

In May 2020, the AAC plant in Jiyuan City, Henan Province was restructured and expanded to form 400,000 cubic meters of AAC block production capacity.

In July 2020, the Suqian factory panel production undergone a technical transformation and being put into operation with an annual output of 300,000 square meters with a total additional investment of 50 million yuan.

In September 2020, UBlok Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. was established. The company began to put in place better governance with system of rules, practices and processes in preparation to IPO.

In October 2020, Mr. Ma Tiecheng, Founder of Sichuan Juncheng Company (currently Vice President of the company) and his team joined the company and brought in two large AAC production bases in Deyang and Mianyang, Sichuan. The establishment of UBlok Southwest company as the regional investment and operation headquarter, became a model of a highly successful merger and integration in the AAC industry.

In December 2020, in order to support the construction of high-speed rail, Liaocheng ASiaac New Building Materials Co., LTD was shut down.

In April 2019, the Changxing YTong factory under Xella Germany was acquired. It’s name is changed to UBlok New Building Materials (Changxing) Co., LTD.

In October 2019, the company invested in the establishment of UBlok Advanced Building Materials (Binzhou) Co., LTD., to build a "super factory" with a capacity of 2 million square meters.

In November 2019, the AAC plant in Hancheng City, Shaanxi Province was restructured and expanded to form 400,000 cubic meters of AAC block production capacity.

In November 2019, the "UBlok Management Essentials" was revised, and the core of the company's culture was immortalised.

In May 2018, the technical transformation of the AAC panel production line of the Tianjin factory was completed, with an annual production capacity of 300,000 cubic meters.

In December 2018, the first edition of the "UBlok Management Essentials" was published and became a guiding document to guide the company's strategy and development.

In December 2018, Bengbu ASiaac advanced Building Materials Co., Ltd. was established together with other shareholders. This company leased and operated a 400,000 cubic meters AAC production line.

In September 2017, he formed an allince with Mr. Shen Xiaohe, the current President of the company. Mr Shen is the Founder of Keda Suremaker and the former COO of the China subsidiary of Xella Germany. Together with the Vice President of the company, Mr. Yang Yongquan, they acquired the Tianjin factory of Xella Germany. He changed its name to UBlok Advanced Building Materials (Tianjin) Co., LTD. and positioned the business as a high-end AAC products brand - UBlok.

In April 2016, Shandong ASiaac Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. was established to provide technical equipment for the aerated concrete industry.

From September 2012 to November 2014, 400,000 cubic meters of AAC and 200 million autoclaved standard brick production lines, 300,000 cubic meters of AAC, 400,000 cubic meters of AAC and 80 million autoclaved standard brick production lines were built in Lixin of Anhui, Suqian of Jiangsu and Dali of Shaanxi, respectively.

In March 2011, Shandong Yongxiang New Building Materials Co., Ltd. aluminum powder production line was put into operation. This production line is customized for the AAC industry.

In July 2010, he expanded out of Guangrao, Shandong.  Working together with other shareholders, he progressively invested in ASiaac Yantai, Liaocheng and Handan, and built 200,000 square meters, 400,000 cubic meters and 800,000 cubic meters of AAC production capacity respectively.

In 2006, in the face of a complicated market, Mr. Zhao Yongxiang in the first who put forward the business philosophy of "Production-optimized Sales", which laid the strategic cornerstone of the company.

In October 2003, Mr. Zhao Yongxiang saw the development opportunity of China's aerated concrete industry. He invested in the establishment of Shandong ASiaac New Building Materials Co., LTD., then built an AAC production line with an annual output of 200,000 cubic meters in the following year. (The plant was later renovated and expanded to form two AAC block production lines with a capacity of 800,000 cubic meters)

Mr. Zhao Yongxiang started business at the age of 14. In August 1988, he established Guangrao County Yongxiang prefabrication factory at the age of 22. This factory mainly produced and operated concrete prefabricated floor slabs, and he began to get involved in the building materials industry since then.
