According to reports from multiple major mainstream media outlets in Serbia, UBlok recently announced its investment in building an aerated concrete factory in Serbia. This marks the company’s second overseas project following the 2025 Malaysia project, signifying a further step forward in UBlok’s "internationalization" drive.

As the birthplace of AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete), Europe has long been a high ground for AAC product technology, quality, and application expertise. UBlok aims to bring its latest technologies, management practices, and new products to Serbia, driving the development of the local construction and building materials industry.
The new factory, located in northwestern Serbia, will be constructed in two phases: Phase I will have an annual production capacity of 200,000 cubic meters, and Phase II will expand to 600,000 cubic meters per year. Upon commissioning, it will produce aerated concrete blocks, panels, ultra-low bulk density products, as well as various functional products and supporting materials.

Zhao Yongxiang, Chairman of UBlok, stated that Serbia’s superior geographical location, friendly investment environment, and the solid China-Serbia economic partnership lay a crucial foundation for the project’s implementation. The project is expected to start production in mid-2027.
UKeyer will provide full-process technical support and factory engineering services for this project. The new facility will adopt UBlok’s latest process technologies and equipment, achieving high efficiency, high quality, low energy consumption, and low investment to ensure the project’s competitive edge.
The Serbia project represents a significant milestone in UBlok’s global layout. Adhering to the business philosophy of "Integrating Resources, Advancing with Excellence," the company will continue to pursue its strategy of "Low Carbonization, Intelligence, and Internationalization."
