As the year turns, UBlok delivers another outstanding performance report. According to the production and sales data released by UBlok’s ERP system, the company achieved a record-high panel output and sales volume of 2.708 million cubic meters in 2025, representing a year-on-year increase of 16.7%. The total production and sales volume reached 5.7734 million cubic meters, down 3.9% year-on-year, while block production and sales stood at 3.0654 million cubic meters, a year-on-year drop of 16.5%. The temporary adjustment in total and block sales stems from the company’s strategic optimization: UBlok has proactively phased out and shut down underperforming factories to focus on core markets including the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, Yangtze River Delta and Sichuan-Chongqing area, realizing efficient resource allocation.
Zhao Yongxiang, Chairman of UBlok, expressed gratitude and recognition to all staff: "The results of 2025 were achieved amid a multi-year continuous downturn in the real estate market, and they are the fruit of all UBlok employees’ hard work and united efforts. Over the past two years, UBlok has adhered to the business strategy of "focusing on high-value business and abandoning uncompetitive segments". The company has withdrawn from, transferred or closed four AAC block factories with weak competitiveness, cutting a total production capacity of 1.6 million cubic meters. Meanwhile, UBlok concentrates on core regional markets, adopting strategies of capacity expansion, quality upgrading, operational optimization and potential tapping to boost market competitiveness and profitability in key regions and deliver high-quality development.
With successive overseas projects scheduled to start production in 2026, UBlok’s total output is expected to set a new all-time high.
