This broad consensus was reached by all management levels of UBlok at the recent 2026 Half-Year Work Conference themed "Breaking the Cocoon for New Life". The whole company is determined to fully speed up all work under the overall work requirements of "Pragmatic, Meticulous, Efficient".

According to the conference briefing, UBlok’s joint venture project in Malaysia is the No.1 priority task for the second half of the year. A special task force led by President Stephen Shen has been set up, with current core objectives of quality upgrading, output expansion and cost reduction. The team will accelerate work integration with Jinhetai’s Malaysian team to achieve targets rapidly. New AAC products centered on high-quality residential construction, including USI system and composite exterior wall panels, will be rolled out faster across all regional divisions. Binzhou Super Factory, UBlok’s flagship production base, has put forward the goal of "Second Venture" focusing on comprehensive management improvement.

During the meeting, participants visited Nanfang Cement and Tianneng Haoyang New Energy located in Huaikan, Changxing County. Directors and Vice Presidents of each functional department delivered work deployment reports. Chairman Zhao Yongxiang delivered an important keynote speech, and President Stephen Shen presided over the whole conference.
