From April 19th to 22nd, 2024, the "2024 Annual Quality Management Seminar" of Ublok School was held at the group headquarters in Changxing. Over 30 participants from various subsidiaries' production, quality, and technical departments, as well as the group's executive management team and general manager management team, attended the seminar. The seminar focused on the "ISO9001 Quality Management System" in conjunction with the newly revised "Ublok Quality Management Standards." Special guests included senior experts from the German TUV system audit institution and industry professionals with extensive practical experience who provided our training.

Ublok Chairman Zhao Yongxiang attended the opening ceremony, and Ublok President and Ublok School Principal Stephen Shen delivered an important speech at the opening ceremony. Ublok Vice President Zhao Wenjie served as the academic director for this seminar.

Principal Shen emphasized that as a leading enterprise in the aerated concrete industry, Ublok must establish a correct, rigorous, and advanced concept of quality and quality standards. Against the backdrop of a sluggish market, it is even more important to arm ourselves with a standard quality system and to improve our internal skills to meet the current and potential quality and service needs of our customers. He said that countless market practices have proven that only by ensuring high quality and leveraging the advantages of operational technology, management, and talent to achieve low costs can we gain a competitive edge. He encouraged all participants to continuously improve their knowledge structure and management philosophy, refine standard operations, strengthen internal management, ensure quality control and continuous improvement, and achieve "For The Best".

The training courses for this session were carefully designed to closely align with actual work requirements and included ample opportunities for interactive communication.

At the graduation ceremony, Academic Director Zhao Wenjie presented certificates of honor to outstanding groups and individuals, and encouraged everyone to apply what they have learned effectively.
