Wangtianji is Binjiang Group's signature contribution to the prime riverfront strip on the south bank of the Qiantang, facing Qianjiang New City across the river. Wangtianji offers mainly large-format flats and duplex units with open interiors, and its owners expect far more in sound insulation, fire safety and wall flatness than ordinary housing provides.UBlok AAC panels are rated A1 non-combustible, with a fire resistance rating of 4 hours; their uniformly closed, fine-pore structure forms an acoustic barrier that holds airborne sound insulation at 40 dB, keeping the noise of the city outside the window; wall flatness deviation is negligible, so panels can go straight into a high-end finish base layer with no extra levelling. Panel dry density is 625 kg/m³ — far lighter than conventional masonry, which reduces the building's overall load and leaves headroom in high-rise structural design; prefabricated installation also makes the on-site programme more controllable, in line with what high-end projects demand in schedule and build refinement.
