On October 12, 2024, UBlok and Keda Xinmingfeng signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Philippine MVBC Group (UBlok had previously started cooperation with the Metro Versatile Build-Tech Corporation, a subsidiary of the MVBC Group, in 2019). The signing ceremony was co-hosted by Chen Zhong, General Manager of the Philippine MVBC Group, Gao Peng, Director of Strategic Development and Chairman of UKeyer, and Chen Xinjiang, Chairman of Anhui Keda Mechanical and Electrical.

The Metro Versatile Build-Tech Corporation was established in 2018 and officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Republic of the Philippines. Located in the province of Pampanga, Philippines, and covering an area of over 20 hectares, it is a manufacturer specializing in the research and development and production of advanced building materials. The company is committed to becoming the most technologically advanced and largest autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) manufacturer in the Philippines. 

Even before the pandemic, UBlok had comprehensively cooperated with the Metro Versatile Build-Tech Corporation, conducting in-depth feasibility studies on aspects such as raw materials, market, technology, and site selection for the project.
