On August 15th, the AAC equipment—"Intelligent High-Efficiency Block Palletless Packaging System" independently developed by UKEYER—was containerized and shipped to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), marking the acceptance of UKEYER's low-carbon, intelligent, and efficient packaging solution for AAC blocks, originally developed for the Chinese market, by the international market. This aligns with UKEYER's business philosophy of "originating from practice, serving the industry."

The "Intelligent High-Efficiency Block Palletless Packaging System" mainly features the following technical characteristics:

Single line production capacity > 2000m³/day;

Packing height of 1.0-2.0 meters, and meets the palletless packaging requirements for small-sized blocks in the Middle East market;

Pallet and palletless co-line operation, with the investment of a single line providing the functionality of two lines;

The body transfer adopts UKEYER's pioneering reciprocating flatbed car + step chain step-by-step transfer, which improves transfer efficiency and reduces quality loss during transfer;

For the first time, UKEYER's body pre-seaming and automatic stacking, which increases efficiency while eliminating the quality loss associated with traditional body seaming and stacking;

A full-servo system is implemented, achieving high-speed flexible control, low noise, and low energy consumption operation.

UKEYER Intelligent will take this as the starting point for "internationalization," providing more "Chinese solutions" and "UKEYER solutions" for the development of the global aerated equipment market.
