On February 8, 2025, UBlok’s annual work conference was held in Changxing, Zhejiang. Senior executives of the joint-stock company and general managers of subsidiaries attended the meeting, while advanced collectives and individuals commended for outstanding performance in 2024 were present as observers. Chairman Zhao Yongxiang delivered an important speech, President Shen Xiaohe presented a work report themed "Improve Ourselves and Await Prosperity", and vice presidents in charge of various businesses, department directors and regional representatives shared work experience. Chairman Zhao Yongxiang signed the 2025 performance agreements with the general managers of each subsidiary.
First of all, on behalf of the board of directors, Chairman Zhao fully affirmed and thanked the management and all employees for their hard work in 2024. He pointed out that the market environment would remain severe in 2025. The Group must carry out work with accurate, rapid and decisive execution. Relying on the certainty of UBlok’s philosophy of "Improve Ourselves", we will hedge against uncertainties brought by shrinking market demand and fierce competition. We shall stay confident, boost morale, fight well the "Battle of Shangganling" in 2025, and sustain the high-quality development momentum of UBlok.
President Shen reported the Group’s 2024 operational data and 2025 business targets. He stated that through joint efforts of all staff, UBlok maintained growth against the headwinds in 2024. The annual production and sales volume of autoclaved aerated concrete products reached 6 million cubic meters, a year-on-year increase of 17.48%. Among them, panels hit 2.3317 million cubic meters, rising 29.29% year-on-year, while blocks reached 3.6755 million cubic meters, up 11.04% compared with 2023. Such achievements embody UBlok employees’ courageous and self-challenging spirit, and represent fruitful outcomes of the Group’s low-carbon, intelligent and international development strategies implemented over recent years. He deployed key annual tasks and put forward specific requirements for fully implementing the 2025 annual work theme "Improve Ourselves and Await Prosperity" proposed by the board of directors.

Directors of all functional departments and vice presidents in charge conducted in-depth analysis on existing problems and current conditions of each business line and region, and arranged key work and corresponding requirements for 2025.
