Research shows that poor floor sound insulation ranks among the top 3 residential complaints. The 2025 new *Residential Project Code* further clarifies and raises requirements for sound insulation indicators. Focusing on the pain points and difficulties in building "quality housing", UBlok has launched the USI floating floor sound insulation and thermal insulation system—a flagship product for "quality housing" construction—after over two years of technological research, solving architectural acoustics challenges through technology.
"This is a key research project of the Group focusing on the construction of 'quality housing' and '4th Generation Residences'. We hope it will become a new engine for UBlok's market growth," said Chairman Zhao Yongxiang, expressing full confidence in the launch of this new product. The core highlights of the USI system are its integration of sound insulation, fire resistance, and thermal insulation. Specifically: it adopts a sound insulation system composed of modified aerated concrete materials, with an impact sound insulation index far exceeding the national standard requirement of 75dB, reaching ≤60dB; its fire resistance meets the highest A1 class standard; and it perfectly meets floor thermal insulation requirements. It is suitable for multiple scenarios such as residences, hotels, and hospitals, and applicable to both new construction and renovation projects.
In terms of scenario design, UBlok's engineers have developed two types of USI systems: standard and underfloor heating models, and formulated standardized construction processes and quality control procedures to ensure the smooth implementation of floor sound insulation projects.
Currently, UBlok has established an intellectual property protection framework for the USI system, and all performance tests for market entry have been fully completed. In the near future, UBlok will fully launch the recruitment of provincial and municipal partners (distributors), expecting the USI system to contribute UBlok's technological wisdom to the construction of "quality housing" and "4th Generation Residences" nationwide.
