Data from UBlok’s ERP system shows that the company’s cumulative sales volume reached 2.5624 million cubic meters from January to June this year, a year-on-year increase of 4.88%. Amid overall pressure across the whole industry, the company maintained positive growth in production and sales, embodying the annual development theme of "Breaking the Cocoon" through operational resilience.
"If we introduce the physical concept of 'relative velocity' into sales data, UBlok’s sales growth in the first half of the year actually exceeds 20%. According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics, national real estate investment fell by 16.2% year-on-year from January to May," Chairman Zhao Yongxiang stated while reviewing the first-half business performance. He stressed that against the backdrop of a downward domestic real estate market, UBlok prioritizes the quality and efficiency of growth. Cutthroat growth that results in mutual losses brings no benefits to the enterprise, nor to the long-term development of the whole industry.
UBlok is forging two major growth curves. The first is growth driven by technological innovation, focusing on "High-quality AAC for Better Housing". After launching the USI floor sound insulation and thermal preservation system and composite exterior wall thermal insulation system in the past two years, the company will continue to launch core innovative products required for high-quality residential construction in the future. The second curve is overseas-driven growth. With the launch of projects in Malaysia, Serbia and Georgia, overseas markets will become a new growth engine for UBlok.
Every struggle in breaking out of the cocoon accumulates strength for soaring. The positive growth in the first half of the year is a phased achievement on the company’s transformation path. Moving forward, UBlok will continue to focus on the core theme of "Breaking the Cocoon", make coordinated efforts in domestic and overseas markets, and embark on a new upward development journey through long-term dedicated operation.
