Except for products circulated through our official regular production bases, official direct sales channels and authorized cooperative distributors with our sealed written authorization, all products bearing the UBlok logo with counterfeit trademarks and false supporting documents are counterfeit and infringing products. Infringing products are separated from legal production and full-process quality control systems, carrying severe quality defects and potential safety hazards, and shall not enjoy any official warranty services provided by our company.

Customers across the country purchasing UBlok series AAC panels, blocks, USI floating floor sound insulation and thermal preservation system and other products shall make purchases only through cooperative distributors holding valid authorization certificates affixed with our official seal. Genuine UBlok products are equipped with unified standard codes, delivery orders and product qualification certificates sealed with our official business seal. During procurement, customers may verify the distributor’s authorization qualification, product code and document seal on site; you may contact our company to verify the authenticity of suspicious sourced goods directly.

In response to frequent illegal infringements including counterfeiting the UBlok trademark, forging official authorization certificates, fake delivery orders and qualification certificates, and replicating product codes on the market recently, our company has fully carried out notarized evidence collection.
