UBlok Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. is the exclusive legal owner and operating entity of the registered trademark UBlok®, taking full charge of the production, sales and brand licensing management of all UBlok-series building materials products. The Company hereby issues a solemn statement as follows:
Any act of manufacturing or selling products marked with the UBlok® brand in the market, counterfeiting the UBlok trademark and product identification codes, or privately forging documents affixed with the Company’s official seal including licensing certificates, delivery orders and factory qualification certificates without prior written authorization from the Company shall constitute severe infringement upon the Company’s exclusive right to registered trademarks, corporate seal rights and business legitimate rights and interests. Except for products circulated via the Company’s official production bases, direct sales channels and authorized distributors with officially sealed written licenses, all products bearing UBlok marks with counterfeit trademarks and false supporting documents are infringing counterfeit goods. Free from legitimate production and full-process quality control systems, infringing products contain severe quality defects and potential safety hazards, and shall not be entitled to any official after-sales warranty services provided by the Company.
Customers across the country shall purchase UBlok-series products including AAC panels, blocks, and USI Floating Slab Sound and Thermal Insulation System exclusively through distributors holding valid power-of-attorney documents affixed with the Company’s official seal. Genuine UBlok products are equipped with unified standard identification codes, as well as delivery orders and product qualification certificates stamped with the Company’s official business seals. Purchasers shall verify distributors’ licensing qualifications, product identification codes and document seals on-site during procurement, and may contact the Company directly to verify the authenticity of suspicious goods.
In response to the frequent illegal infringements in the recent market, including UBlok trademark counterfeiting, forgery of official seal licenses, fake delivery orders, falsified qualification certificates and copied product identification codes, the Company has completed comprehensive notarization and evidence collection. All entities and individuals involved in the production, sales, procurement and dissemination of infringing goods shall bear civil liabilities such as ceasing infringements and compensating for economic losses in accordance with laws. Serious violations will be transferred to judicial authorities for criminal liability prosecution.
Relevant parties are required to cease all infringing acts immediately. Meanwhile, consumers are reminded to strengthen risk prevention awareness.
