As the Year of the Snake Spring Festival approached, UBlok Binzhou Branch delivered exciting news: the production line with an annual output of 80 million fly ash standard bricks was officially put into operation.
The production line adopts the world’s advanced 1,300-ton hydraulic brick press, with a pressing cycle as low as 4 times per minute and 72 standard bricks formed in one single molding cycle. Every year, it can consume 136,000 tons of industrial solid waste including power plant slag and carbide mud, and supply 80 million high-quality fly ash standard bricks to the market annually.
What stands out most is the Binzhou team’s outstanding efficiency. To ensure the line went into operation before the Spring Festival and generated output right after the holiday, the team overcame various difficulties including winter construction. The whole project, from civil engineering to commissioning, only took 60 days, setting a new record for UBlok’s factory construction speed.
The launch of this production line further enriches the product portfolio of UBlok Binzhou "Super Factory" in Shandong Province. The site can provide a full range of wall materials in one stop, covering ALC/AAC panels, exterior composite thermal insulation boards, sand aerated blocks, fly ash blocks and autoclaved fly ash standard bricks. It greatly strengthens the Binzhou plant’s competitiveness and customer service capacity.
