On May 12, Zhao Guangming, Chairman of the China-Malaysia Cooperation Committee under the China Asia Economic Development Association, and his entourage visited UBlok headquarters for inspection and communication. The two sides held in-depth exchanges focusing on UBlok’s key Malaysia project and the strategic layout of AAC products in ASEAN markets. This discussion injected new momentum into UBlok’s high-quality development across the ASEAN region.

At the exchange meeting, Shen Xiaohe, President of UBlok, extended a warm welcome to Chairman Zhao Guangming and his team, and gave a detailed briefing on the progress of the Malaysia project. Covering infrastructure, real estate and green building materials, the project will build a benchmark model featuring "Chinese technology plus ASEAN market" through localized operation and technological innovation. Chairman Zhao spoke highly of the initiative, stating it "demonstrates the responsibility and market insight of Chinese-funded enterprises and delivers tangible outcomes for China-Malaysia Belt and Road cooperation". The two parties agreed to deepen collaboration in information sharing, project incubation and overseas talent training.
