UBlok is the only authorized legal entity of Xella Group in China to legally use the trademarks YTONG® and YTONG® . We hereby make the following solemn statement:

Any unauthorized production or sale of the YTONG® and YTONG®  series products in the Chinese market without the company's authori - zation or permission constitutes an infringement of the registered trademark rights and the company's authorized business rights. Except for the legally produced products by —— UBlok New Building Materials (Changxing) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of our company, any products labeled as YTONG® or Ytong® series are counterfeit and infringing goods. These infringing products, which have been separa - ted from the legal production and quality supervision systems, suffer from serious quality defects and safety hazards and do not enjoy any official warranty services.

Customers in the Hong Kong and Macao regions who wish to purchase authentic YTONG® products must do so through the company's officially authorized exclusive general agent in the region, —— Jetway Building Material Limited, or through its recognized dealers. Authe- ntic YTONG® products come with a delivery certificate issued by Jetway Building Material Limited, which is essential for verifying the product's legitimate source. Consumers should ensure that the dealer issues this certificate promptly when making a purchase.

In response to the recent illegal activities in the market, including the forgery of authorization documents and test reports, our company has initiated legal evidence collection procedures. Any entity involved in the production, sale, or dissemination of infrin- ging products must legally cease the infringement and compensate for any losses. In cases where the circumstances are severe and criminal charges are suspected, the matter will be referred to the judicial

authorities for criminal prosecution.

We now require relevant parties to immediately stop the infring- ement and remind consumers to raise their awareness of risk prevent- ion. We will reward informants who provide effective clues of infringement and are verified to be true. The reporting channels are as follows:
