According to UBlok’s operational briefing, the total sales volume of autoclaved aerated products from January to June this year reached 2.8131 million cubic meters, a year-on-year increase of 12.93%. Among them, panel sales hit 1.2489 million cubic meters, rising 26.52% year-on-year, while block sales stood at 1.5642 million cubic meters, with a year-on-year growth of 4.01%. Against the backdrop of continuous sluggish market demand, UBlok still delivered a steady upward performance.

"Strategy determines destiny, and details decide success or failure," Chairman Zhao Yongxiang stated in the semi-annual economic analysis meeting. Strategically, UBlok adheres to the principle of "focus on what we excel at and withdraw from uncompetitive businesses". The Group concentrates manpower, material and financial resources to expand production bases with advantages in location, resources and energy, while resolutely phasing out and transforming bases lacking competitiveness. Three production bases have completed transformation and withdrawal within half a year.

"Growth itself is not the goal; what we pursue is profitable and high-quality growth," Chairman Zhao added. Moving forward, UBlok will stick to two core directions. First, focus on providing premium technical solutions for AAC products and helping build high-quality residential buildings for Chinese people. Second, shift the focus of growth to overseas markets. Instead of engaging in cutthroat domestic competition, the Group will explore business opportunities on the global stage.

UBlok’s Malaysia project is under accelerated construction, and multiple other overseas projects are under planning for implementation. It is expected that UBlok will maintain sustained upward growth in the long run.
