The 2025 semi-annual work conference themed "Improve Ourselves and Await Prosperity — Drive, Fight and Perseverance" was recently held in Changxing, Zhejiang. Participants included persons in charge of 11 production bases across the Group’s four major operation zones, senior management and department heads of the Group. Chairman Zhao Yongxiang delivered an important speech, and President Shen Xiaohe presided over the conference.

After comprehensively analyzing the market situation and competitive landscape, Chairman Zhao Yongxiang pointed out that in the first half of this year, facing the severe challenges of a sluggish market and cutthroat internal competition within the industry, UBlok expanded market coverage, stabilized growth, cut costs, strengthened internal management and optimized business structure. The Group fully fulfilled all budget targets, with both sales revenue and profits achieving positive growth, which stands as a vivid embodiment of all UBlok staff’s commitment to "Improve Ourselves".

Zhao Yongxiang stressed that all cadres and employees of UBlok should uphold the spirit of "drive, fight and perseverance" in the second half of the year, make greater efforts in innovation & management, revenue expansion & cost control, domestic & overseas markets, as well as new products & new channels, and strive for new achievements.

During the conference, persons in charge of each operation zone delivered exchange speeches. Group vice presidents, directors and department heads formulated detailed work plans centering on the three spirits of drive, fight and perseverance.
