UBlok Holds 2026 Annual Work Conference
On February 26, 2026, UBlok's 2026 Annual Work Conference with the theme of Breaking the Cocoon was held in Changxing, Zhejiang Province. Senior executives of the holding company, department heads, general managers of subsidiaries attended the conference, and advanced collectives and outstanding individuals of 2025 were present as non-voting participants. Mr. Zhao Yongxiang, Chairman of the Board, delivered an important speech, and President Shen Xiaohe presented a work report themed "Breaking the Cocoon". Vice Presidents in charge and line directors made work arrangements, and Tianjin, Changxing, Mianyang and other subsidiary companies delivered exchange speeches. Chairman Zhao Yongxiang signed the 2026 performance agreements with the general managers of all subsidiaries.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, Chairman Zhao expressed full recognition and gratitude to the company's management and all employees for their hard work in 2025! He pointed out that if UBlok had built a cocoon for self-protection in the past five years in the face of the severe market and competitive situation, enhanced the group's capabilities in technological R&D, cost control and market expansion, and achieved the basic goal of "surviving", the next five years would see us face up to the six development "cocoons" including mindset, model and management, break the impasse from the three dimensions of enterprise, team and individual, reshape the strategy, reform the organization, empower with technology and rebuild the culture. We will anchor new markets and new products, create a second growth curve, and realize the strategic goal of "thriving and lasting".
